This system has been set up to simplify the often painful process of responding to an advert. The system is in itself unbiased and non-discriminatory as it is automised. The same questions are asked of each applicant (as set by the advertiser) this again assists with non-discrimination.

You will be taken through the process step by step with easy to follow explanations along the way, the entire process should not take much longer than 20 minutes. Should you not have any of the inherent requirements for the job, the system will inform you immediately after completing the questions thus ensuring no further time wastage on your part. (This aspect has been stated as a major problem in the past with respondents often waiting weeks for a response only to be informed that they do not have some of the essential skills required).

Should you have all the initial inherent requirements for the job you will then be asked to continue with the simple registration / response process.
